Vendor & Exhibitor Sample Distribution Form - This form applies to any company that manufactures or produces a Food or Beverage item(s) and wishes to sample it at an event.

Vendor & Exhibitor Booth Catering Order Form - This form applies to any company that wishes to order Food & Beverage for their booth. Small candies or mints are allowed to be distributed without approval, but all other food & beverage must be ordered in advance through the Catering Department.

Floor Plan and Capacity Chart

Every contractor must submit a copy of their Certification of Insurance with the correct subrogation clause to their Event Manager prior to move in.

It is the responsibility of the contractor to make sure the WFEH has a copy of their current (up-to-date) insurance before entering the building. If a contractor's insurance has been updated, then a new copy needs to be submitted prior to move in.

We encourage our clients to utilize the marketing resources available, including two marquee signs, social media, and website listings, to promote their event.

At the World's Fair Exhibition Hall, our highest priority is to create a safe and secure environment for all guests and employees. In order to provide an environment where our guests can safely enjoy the event, the WFEH security personnel conduct security checks as deemed necessary. These checks might include the use of wands and the search of jackets, clothing, bags, and other items.

The WFEH will not accept advance shipments of freight or materials. Any early arrivals must be approved by the Director of Event Services prior to shipping.

All Shipments delivered to the WFEH after the official move-in date shall be addressed to the attention of the show contractor and/or event name and the assigned Event Manager, otherwise the packages will not be accepted.

Under no circumstances will C.O.D. deliveries be accepted by the WFEH. The WFEH does not handle any vendor/exhibitor freight. Please contact our in-house Decorator ACES- Wesley Mullins 865-740-3710 wes@allconventionexpo.com for pricing on shipping/drayage.
